Our company is established in 2002 and offers one-stop corporate services, including incorporation and dissolution of companies, company secretarial services and accounting services and tax compliance etc.
Our customers are medium-sized enterprises: developing from newly incorporated companies to group holding corporations; local enterprises to offices of global companies in Hong Kong for carrying out investments and young entrepreneurs who have unlimited creativity. Unlike most corporate services providers, we provide high quality services with advanced cloud-based software and hope to help clients minimize their time and cost, which allows them to focus on their businesses.
Characteristics of Our Company
Our company is a licensed Trust or Company Service Provider under the Companies Registry in Hong Kong (License No.: TC003043).
Our staff are familiar with the operations of enterprises in the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong and proficient in multiple languages, including Japanese and Taiwanese. Apart from the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong, our clients also come from Japan, Europe and the United States, enabling us to have a more comprehensive understanding and communication with different customers.
Our clients specialize in various industries, including trading, manufacturing, investment, holding, design, engineering, logistics, film, advertisements as well as charitable organizations incorporated in Hong Kong, such as churches, hospitals and education centers etc.

Our professional team provides diversified services which cover all the needs of small and medium enterprises.
Both of our company’s directors are Certified Public Accountants, with Mr. Chan Chung Wai also being the Committee Member and former President of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong in the year 2017/2018.

Bryan is one of the founder members of Bright Wise Management Limited and director responsible for the strategic direction of the business and its ongoing operations.
Bryan is a member of CPA Australia, member Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Hong Kong Practising Certified Public Accountant, Past President of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, Certified Tax Adviser (Hong Kong) and Chartered Tax Adviser.
Bryan had been working for pre-listed company and over 26 years experience in auditing, financial advisory services, tax compliance, tax investigation and planning in cross-border transactions. He is also one of the directors of our associate auditors Maradebbie & Partners CPA Limited.

Rosita is one of the founder members of Bright Wise Management Limited and director responsible for accounting, company secretarial services and compliance.
Rosita is a member of CPA Australia, member Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Certified Tax Adviser (Hong Kong) and Chartered Tax Adviser.Rosita has been worked with CPA firms for many years and has vast experience in accounting, auditing and company secretarial services especially in Members’ Voluntary Winding Up and familiar with the compliance requirements.
Rosita is also one of the directors of our associate auditors Alpha Bright CPA Limited.
